The City of Winter Haven, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, requests the submittal of information from vendors that are interested in providing custodial and carpet cleaning services. It is the objective of the City to obtain full cleaning performance in accordance with the terms of this IFQ and at the quality standards of work set forth in this IFQ. The estimated contract start date is March 1, 2024. Questions concerning this bid must be submitted in writing on or before 2:00 P.M . January 31, 2024 to: John Neil or Sg.t Mike Lango at the email addresses below (be sure to send email to both): John Neil jneil@mywinterhaven.com, Mike Lango mlango@mywinterhaven.com. WORK SCHEDUELED PERIODACLY THROUGHOUT THE YEAR: When work items are to be done four (4) or less times per year, the following schedule must be followed: For work items to be done one (1) time per year - completion date will be July 1 For work items to be done two (2) times per year - completion dates will be July 1 and Jan 1. For work items to be done four (4) times per year - completion dates will be April 1, July 1, Oct. 1, and Jan. 1. The City reserves the right to make award(s) on a per item basis, or by groups of items, or in any combination thereof that is deemed to be in the best interest of the City of Winter Haven.
