As of June 11, 2025, a consultant has been awarded to provide design criteria and owner's representive services. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Question & Answer deadline Feb 21, 2024 (Wed), 2:00 PM Questions concerning this bid must be submitted on or before 2:00 p.m., February 21, 2024, to Mark W. Bombard, Water Department Assistant Director at mbombard@mywinterhaven.com with copy to Procurement at procurement@mywinterhaven.com Questions received after this time may not be answered. The scope of professional services required by this contract award resulting under this RFQ is anticipated to include, but not be limited to, design criteria package professional services and services typically associated with an Owner's Representative and oversight (CEI-type Services) of a municipal capital project. The expectation is that the entity, individual, or firm awarded the contract would work in concert with designated City representatives for the preparation of the Design Criteria Package and represent the City for the selected Progressive Design Build team for the Water Recycling Facility at Pollard Road to provide oversight and management throughout the entire project including project design and permitting review; pre-construction services; construction oversight and related services; funding compliance and project close out The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
