The City of Winter Haven, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, requests the submittal of information from vendors that are interested in providing custodial and carpet cleaning services. It is the objective of the City to obtain full cleaning performance in accordance with the terms of this IFQ and at the quality standards of work set forth in this IFQ. The estimated contract start date is April 1, 2024 Question & Answer deadline Mar 29, 2024 (Fri), 2:00 PM Questions concerning this bid must be submitted in writing on or before 2:00 P.M . Friday, March 29, 2024 to: Sandra Lambert or Brittany Hart The City reserves the right to make award(s) on a per item basis, or by groups of items, or in any combination thereof that is deemed to be in the best interest of the City of Winter Haven. In the event the vendor, for any reason whatsoever, consistently fails to perform work to the quality required in this contract, the City reserves the right to: Cancel the contract on as short a notice in writing as may be consistent with securing a replacement vendor to take over the work specified in the canceled contract.
