Site work for a mixed-use development in Honea Path, South Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility; and playground / park / athletic field.

Anderson School District Two is seeking a qualified vendor for repairing and resurfacing the tennis courts at Belton Honea Path High School. The successful Proposer shall furnish within ten (10) calendar days, after written notice is issued indicating proposal acceptance, a payment and performance bond. Contractor shall provide and bear the burden of the cost of the payment and performance bond. The bond shall represent one hundred percent (100%) of the total proposal sum. The bond shall be issued by a Surety Company licensed in the state of South Carolina, with an "A" minimum rating of performance as listed in the current publication of "Best's Key Rating Guide, Property Liability", which shall indicate a financial strength rating of at least five (5) times the total proposal sum. Each bond shall be accompanied by a "Power of Attorney" authorizing the attorney in fact to bind the surety and certified to include the date of the proposal bond.
