As of march 5, 2024, Project already awarded to: Contract A - MH to MH Lining to Insituform Technologies, LLC, in the amount of $595,646.00 and Contract B - Grow Grant Lining to Insight Pipe Contracting, LLC, in the amount of $84,900.00 This project involves all work necessary for the completion of CIPP lining repairs including, but not limited to pre-televising of repair segments, flow control, heavy cleaning, removal of protruding service taps, reinstatement of service laterals, infiltration control, post-televising of repair segments, access, mobilization, traffic control, and restoration. This project is split into Contract A - MH to MH Lining and Contract B - GROW Grant Lining. Contract Documents, including Drawings and Detailed Specifications, are on file at the office of Gibson-Thomas Engineering, 1004 Ligonier Street, 5 th Floor, Latrobe, PA 15650 and the office of Gibson-Thomas Engineering located at 9951 Old Perry Highway, Wexford, PA 15090 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Bidders will be responsible for viewing the project locations on their own. Proposals shall be delivered in a sealed envelope and clearly marked on the outside with the Contract Number in the lower left corner and bearing the words to the Ross Department of Public Works Building located at 225 Cemetery Lane, Ross Township, PA 15237. Proposals must be submitted on the forms provided. Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Rates are required to be paid on this contract. All contractors must adhere to Act 127 of 2012 (Public Works Employment Verification Act). No bid may be withdrawn for sixty (60) days after the same has been filed with Ross Township. No Bidder may withdraw his Proposal during the sixty (60) day period without forfeiting his Bid guarantee. The Owner reserves the right to reject any of all bids or to waive any informality in bids received.
