Site work for a mixed-use development in Attleboro, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The City of Attleboro is requesting quotes (RFQ) to Sandblast the Newell Shelter Pavilion. The Newell Shelter Pavilion is located at Capron Park, 199 County Street, Attleboro, MA 02703. In accordance with M.G.L. Chapter 30, 39M every bid shall be accompanied by a bid deposit in the form of a bid bond, a certified check or a treasurer's check issued by a responsible bank or trust company, payable to the awarding authority. The amount of such bid deposit shall be five percent (5%) of the value of the bid. If the price quoted is greater than $25,000 then within ten (10) days of notification of contract awards, the successful Contractor will be required to submit a Labor and Materials Payment Bond in the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the contract amount to be held in the City's Purchasing Department until all work has been accepted by the Park & Forestry Superintendent.
