Woodridge Plaza Demolition Eastside Campus Scope of Work The Contractor shall furnish all material, labor, tools, supplies, permits, equipment, transportation, superintendence, barricades, temporary protection, bracing, shoring, temporary construction of every nature, compliance with all mandated code. insurance, bonds, taxes, contributions and all services and facilities, unless specifically excepted, to demolish an entire site to complete the demolition work at the Woodridge Plaza, Eastside Campus. The Contractor shall coordinate all work with HCC Facilities and Campus Operations. The project consists of demolishing the entire existing building, approximately 163,500 sq ft and associated parking areas and providing green space. The project is located at 6969 Gulf Freeway, Houston, TX 77087. The Contractor shall coordinate schedule around any remediation efforts and coordinate scope with HCC per specifications. The Contractor is required to obtain all permits required by the demolish project drawings and the permitting authority, all Permits and all documentation pertinent to allow HCC to demolish all of the facilities as intended. Term of Agreement The award resulting from this solicitation, if any, will be a one (1) time purchase as required for the term of the project in accordance with the project schedule and through the successful completion of the project.
