Site work for a water / sewer project in Marietta, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Project consists of three (3) contracts described more as follows: Contract 1 : New Water Well (675 deep water well with pump) Contract 2 : New 300,000-gallon Elevated Water Storage Tank Contract 3 : Approximately 6,100 LF new 10 Water Line, Piping / Chem Feed Building (16-0 x 18 -8 CMU) & Sitework. Contractors can bid on one (1) or all contracts listed above. Bids shall be submitted separately for each Contract. Each contract will be considered and awarded separately from each other. The Notice to Bidders, Form of Bid, Form of Contract, Plans and Specifications, Forms of Bid Bond, Performance and Statutory Payment Bond, and other Contract Documents may be examined at the following: 1. Marietta PWA, 303 W Main Street, Marietta, OK73448 2. Barker & Associates, Inc., 3902 W University Blvd, Durant, OK 74701 Liquidated damages will be $400.00 per calendar day.
