This Contract provides for the improvement of 204th St SW from 76th Ave W to west of 73rd Ave W and the north edge of the College Place Elementary School parking lot in the City of Lynnwood with clearing and grading, installation of new HMA pavement, driveway installations, curb ramp installation, and pavement markings and other Work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications as part of Schedule A. Also provided by this contract is new curb ramp, pavement markings, and new traffic signal installation Work on 76th Ave W at the intersection with 204th St SW as part of Schedule B. Work along 208th SW between 76th Ave W and 72nd Ave W with removal of existing flashing crossing and the installation oftwo new rapid rectangular flashing beacon (RRFB) crossings, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications is included as part of Schedule C. Sewer replacement Work along 204th St SW is included as part of Schedule D. The project shall be Physically Completed within 180 working days of the Notice to Proceed. All Bids must be accompanied by a scan of a bid bond, cashier's check, certified check, or postal money order in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount of the Bid. The City of Lynnwood expressly reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive irregularities, and to award the Project to the lowest responsive, responsible Bidder.
