Alpine County Community Development is seeking proposals for Engineering and Consulting services to develop a masterplan for the rehabilitation and reconstruction of Turtle Rock Park. Contract Awarded Tuesday, March 5th, 2024 at the Alpine County Board of Supervisor's Meeting. Question Deadline 02/16/2024 at 5:00 PM PT The Contractor shall maintain the appropriate licenses throughout the life of this Agreement. Contractor shall also obtain any and all permits which might be required for the Services to be performed. The County reserves the right to require complete, certified copies of all required insurance policies, including endorsements required by these specifications, at any time. Each insurance policy required above shall provide that coverage shall not be canceled, except with notice to the COUNTY / Entity. Insurance is to be placed with insurers with a current A.M. Best's rating of no less than A:VII, unless otherwise acceptable to the County. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
