Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Olean, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a educational facility.
Project Location Washington West Elementary 1626 Washington West Olean, NY 14670 Exterior Ramp Replacement Project consists of door, door hardware replacement, sidewalk upgrades, new ramp and guard rail. A Bid bond payable to the owner shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 45 days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, to re-advertise for new bids and to warve informalities and irregulanties in connection with any bid ***Document Note: A deposit of $25 per set shall be required and shall be made out to Olean City School District.
