Contractor shall perform the annual maintenance and/or recharging of fire extinguishers at all DPW facilities, in accordance with the latest revisions of Chapter 4 of the National Fire Code, during calendar year 2024. Contractor must have undergone the necessary instructions to reliably perform maintenance on fire extinguishers. When submitting invoices for work performed, each facility must be on their own invoice. If you have any questions, please contact Amber Miller at (716) 376-5651. The undersigned hereby agrees to provide annual maintenance and/or recharging of fire extinguishers located within the various divisions of the Department of Public Works, in accordance with the latest revisions in Chapter 4 of the National Fire Code, during calendar year 2024.
