Sealed Tenders are now being accepted for the Supply of Road Gravel. Approximately 10,000 yards of 3/4" road gravel (108) specification is required. The Municipality reserves the right to refuse to accept any or all tenders, and the lowest tender not necessarily be accepted. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, any tender may be rejected which is incomplete, obscure, or irregular. The Municipality reserves the right to cancel the acceptance of any tender at any time before execution of the contract by all parties without any liability against the Municipality. 2.3 If prices are similar, preference will be given to contractors whom have an established relationship with the Municipality. Business related references shall accompany the tender. Personal references will not be considered. The total amount of gravel to be Supplied is 10,000 yards of 1/4 " 108 Specification The gravel Supplied to the Municipality will be stockpiled & removed at a later date agreed upon by Contractor and Municipality. The Municipality Reserves the right to reject the full pile at any time if the Sieve analysis does not meet specifications. The successful bidder shall meet all OH&S safety regulations and certifications and will be required to provide proof of safety certifications upon request. Payment will be made upon completion of this operation and quantities are verified by drone measurement. To be completed by September 30, 2024
