The East Side ADA Upgrades & Parking Lot Seal & Stripe for the VESD East Side Campuses consists of crack filling, slurry coat and restriping on the parking lots as highlighted on the maps. Project also includes same scope for District Supporting sites and ADA upgrades as noted per the plans. Work shall begin no sooner than June 14, 2024 and be completed no later than August 12, 2024 (40 Work Days), as discussed in the Special Conditions and as coordinated with the Construction Manager Prequalification is not a required element for bidding on this project as a prime contractor or subcontractor. Subcontractors shall be licensed pursuant to California law for the trades necessary to perform the Work called for in the Contract Documents.
