Site work for a mixed-use development in Blair, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility.

Track Refurbishment at the District s Krantz Field location from qualified Contractors. Please refer questions to Jeff Steinbeck, Director of Buildings, Grounds, & District Services at 402-426-2610. The District reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any irregularities. The bidder shall have inspected the site along with the owner’s representative to address any of the repair areas and the methodology for such. The entire field will be protected from overspray. 20 or 30 feet of protection on the field is not acceptable. All appurtenant areas such as concrete, fencing, etc. will be protected prior to any application of the spray. The track will be primed with a polyurethane primer sufficient to assure proper adhesion of the new black structural spray wearing course to the existing track surface and event areas. The application of the structural spray binder shall consist of a one-component isocyanate prepolymer, providing a chemical bond. No water-based spray is allowed. The entire base mat shall receive two structural spray layers consisting of 60% pigmented polyurethane structural spray binder and 40% EPDM colored rubber granulate graded to .5 to 1.5 mm in size. Each spray layer shall be applied uniformly at a rate of not less than 1.8 lbs per square yard for total spray coverage of not less than 3.6 lbs per square yard. The two layers shall be sprayed in opposite directions in order to achieve a uniform application.
