Site work and paving for a road / highway in Blair, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The cold milling and asphalt concrete surfacing on various streets within the City of Blair. The estimates of quantities for said project, bid forms and specifications are on file at the office of the City Clerk of Blair. All material, labor and equipment shall be furnished and included in the bid. All Construction work shall be done in accordance with the specifications for the project now on file in the office of the City Clerk of Blair. All questions related to the project or bid package should be directed to CJ Heaton, Director of Public Works at 402-426-4191, cheaton@blairnebraska.org. All bids must be accompanied by a certified check in the amount of 5% of the bid or a bid bond in the same amount payable to the City Treasurer of the City of Blair, Nebraska. Certified checks or bid bonds will be returned to unsuccessful bidders within sixty (60) days after bids are opened. A performance and payment bonds for the amount of the contract in a form satisfactory to the City of Blair shall be submitted with the executed contract prior to the commencement of work. The city reserves the right to reject any and all bids with or without cause. All work shall be completed within 30 calendar days once started. Work must be completed by no later than October 1, 2023.
