Reference Number 0000263104 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/02/01 02:00:00 PM EST The Purchaser is seeking Proposals from qualified and experienced Proponents to provide waste management services with a high degree of customer service for the following campuses: Main Campus (All buildings) - 2000 Talbot Road, Windsor, ON N9A 6S4 Fire Hall Cabana Road - 1905 Cabana Rd W, Windsor, ON N9G 1C7 Chatham Campus (Main Building, Mary Uniac, Healthplex) - 1001 Grand Avenue West, Chatham, ON N7M 5W4 Powerline –23508 Bear Line Rd, Chatham, ON N7M 5J7 Downtown Windsor Campus St. Clair College Centre for the Arts (SCCCA) - 201 Riverside Drive, Windsor, ON N9A 5K4 MediaPlex - 275 Victoria Avenue, Windsor, ON N9A 6Z8 TD Student Success Centre - 305 Victoria Avenue, Windsor, ON N9A 4N4 Pricing shall reflect the full scope of work and specifications defined in Article 3 and related Schedules. Prices shall be quoted in Canadian dollars, and shall include all applicable labour, out-of-pocket expenses, training, overhead, profit, permits, licenses, travel, and insurance, and shall not be subject to adjustment for fluctuation in foreign exchange rates. All prices quoted, unless otherwise instructed in this RFP, shall remain firm for the period set out in the RFP. All prices shall be quoted exclusive of the goods and services tax, harmonized sales tax, federal or provincial taxes, or other similar taxes. In the event of any discrepancy in the pricing, the lowest price submitted shall prevail. A Proposal that includes any conditional, optional, contingent or variable pricing that is not expressly requested in this RFP may, subject to the requirements of the RFP and the express and implied rights of the Purchaser, be disqualified. By submitting a Proposal, the Proponent is deemed to confirm that it has prepared its Proposal with reference to and has factored all of the provisions of the RFP, into its proposed Pricing.. Commercial General Liability Insurance in the amount of not less than $5,000,000 per occurrence and in the aggregate (including Products and Completed Operations) for third party bodily injury, death and property damage. Coverage also to include Personal Injury; blanket Contractual Liability; Products and Completed Operations Liability for a period of no less than 12 months pursuant to termination and/or completion of this contract; Board Form Property Damage; Cross Liability; Severability of Interests; Contingent Employers Liability; Owners and Contractor's Protective Liability; Non-Owned Automobile Liability; Limited Pollution Liability (if applicable); and Tenants Legal Liability (if applicable).
