As part of that upgrade, the City hereby seeks to procure from a single Bidder a screw press system for thickened sludge dewatering, including but not limited to, screw press equipment, polymer system, electrical and control panels, and instrumentation, as more fully described in this RFP and the specification Sections included in Appendix A of this RFP. Additional information regarding ancillary equipment related to, but not provided under, the screw press dewatering system Bidders scope of supply will be made available to potential Bidders upon request. 2.2 Equipment Bidder Procurement The City intends to select and make an Agreement with a qualified and experienced equipment Bidder to supply the equipment and services described below. A Procurement Agreement will be awarded, if at all, to the responsive and responsible Bidder whose proposal is deemed the most advantageous, taking into consideration both price and the non-price evaluation criteria contained in this RFP.
