Site work for a civil project in Austin, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project generally consists of the installation of a site retaining wall system and backfilling to stabilize the eroded slope behind the Travis County Water Control and Improvement District No. 20 Water Treatment Plant. This includes extension of the underground clearwell overflow pipe to a proposed concrete flume. All questions pertaining to the Bid Package and its contents can be submitted on the online Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond with Power of Attorney attached or cashier s check of five percent (5%) of the total amount bid The undersigned Bidder further agrees to Substantially Complete construction of work within 120 Calendar Days after the Notice to Proceed is issued, and Finally Complete all work within 30 Calendar Days after this project is Substantially Complete. Liquidated damages are $500 per calendar day. OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive any informalities and irregularities in Bids received.
