Site work and paving for a civil project in Austin, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Eldorado Phase 1B Subdivision Paving and Utilities Package Certified/Cashier s check or acceptable bidder s bonds, payment without recourse to Owner in an amount of not less than two percent (2%) of total bid submitted must accompany bid. The amount of said cashier s check or bond will be forfeited to the Owner and the bank or surety shall be liable to the Owner for the amount in the event the successful bidder fails or refuses to enter into a contract or furnish bonds as hereafter required within fifteen (15) days after the date of notice of award. The successful bidder must furnish a Performance Bond, a Maintenance Bond, and a Payment Bond each in the sum of 100 percent (100%) of the Contract Price. The Bonds must be in the form prescribed by the Contract Documents except as required otherwise by Laws and Regulations. The Bonds must be from a surety company holding a permit from the State of Texas to act as surety. Unless otherwise specified, the cost of proving Bonds must be included in the bidder's total Bid amount. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities and technicalities.
