SCOPE OF WORK A. Disconnect, re-connect, and validate the operation of existing automatic controls including existing building management and control systems, chiller plant automation systems, and boiler plant automation systems to maintain control, monitoring, and alarming of existing HVAC equipment designated to be replaced. Retain existing control programs and sequences of operation including existing setpoints and schedules for existing systems intended to remain. Provide modifications to existing sequences as described in Section 230993 C. Prior to commencement of demolition and removal work: 1. Field verify, coordinate, and clearly identify the extent of existing control wiring, devices, and components intended to be salvaged and re-used. 2. Perform a systems operational test and report any existing alarms, warnings, or operational deficiencies. 3.
