The Town of Seekonk, MA (Awarding Authority), is seeking bids from qualified design and consulting services for the Historic Medeiros Farm Recreation & Park Master Plan. The Medeiros Farm is approximately 40.12 acres on (4) parcels of land, with the buildings located at Lincoln Street in Seekonk, MA (as shown on Assessors Map 16, Lot 10, Lot 51, Lot 54 and 55). Bidding procedures and award of Contract are subject to the provisions of the General Laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (MGL), as amended, including Chapter 30B. The RFP will be available starting on January 22, 2024. The Awarding Authority reserves the right to waive any informality in bidding and to reject or accept any and all general bids and filed sub-bids if it deems it in the public interest to do so.
