Site work for a mixed-use development in Saint Joseph, Missouri. Design plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
As of February 27, 2025, per owner, design will be complete by end of March 2025 with bids advertised in April. After bids are received and contracts are issued, they are hopeful construction activities will begin in August 2025. Design team has been identified. The City of St. Joseph, Missouri is requesting a Statement of Qualifications and notice of interest from qualified firms interested in providing professional services including but not limited to planning, preliminary consultation, complete design services, and construction management/services for a Hyde Park shallow water activity pool, Hyde Park pool house renovations and construction of a Splash Park at Northside Complex including the removal of the existing Krug Pool and renovations of the existing pool house. The City of St. Joseph reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. The City of St. Joseph is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
