In general, the successful bidder will provide turf maintenance products for the City's Elmwood Golf Course on an as needed basis. Submitted prices are to include all charges for administration, materials, supplies, shipping/handling, delivery and unloading, insurance, and equipment necessary to supply the items listed within this bid Question Submission Deadline:January 30, 2024, 4:00pm Prospective bidders must satisfy themselves by personal examination of the delivery location and the proposed delivery schedule as to the correctness of any items requested in this IFB. Bidder shall not, after submission of bid, dispute or complain of such cost estimate, nor assert that there was any misunderstanding in regard to the nature or amount of work required to complete delivery and unloading of items. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any or all items covered in the Invitation to Bid, to waive informalities or defects in bids or to accept any bid as it shall deem to be in the best interest of the City. All awards shall be contingent upon appropriation of the necessary funds and only after the receipt of a Purchase Order. All bids are subject to the conditions shown herein. This specification is intended to define the minimum requirements for turf maintenance products (including fertilizers, grass seeds, herbicide, fungicide, insecticide, greens fertilizer, and liquid greens fertilizer). Submitted prices are to include all charges for administration, materials, supplies, shipping/handling, delivery, unloading, insurance, and equipment necessary to supply the items listed within this Invitation for Bid. Award determination will be based on availability, pricing, delivery and unloading, etc. as best meets the needs of the City of Pueblo.
Workmanship and material to be first quality throughout; in the absence of comment on particular points, industry standard practice should be presumed to prevail. Accessories not specifically mentioned herein, but necessary to furnish complete units ready for use, shall also be included.

Note: The City reserves the right to annual requests to revise the items and make revisions as necessary based on the latest improvements in products, environmental conditions, and the City's needs for this project. Any/all future products added to the items for this project shall be priced according to discount listed in the Pricing Proposal.
