Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Charlotte, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility; for outdoor lighting for a transportation facility; for paving for a transportation facility; and water / sewer project.

4PR Bid Package 1 Taxiway V and Connectors SCOPE OF WORK: This project is part of the 4th Parallel Runway Program and includes the construction of parallel Taxiway V and associated connector taxiways in preparation for future Runway 1C19C. The scope of work involves, but is not limited to, clearing, pavement demolition, CCP taxiway pavement, asphalt taxiway shoulder paving, excavation, hauling and placement of excess material into designated stockpiles on airport property, stormwater drainage, erosion and sediment control, pavement markings, airfield electrical, FAA power and communications, and FAA NAVAID relocations. Payment Bond. The approved form of security furnished by the Contractor and its surety as a guaranty that it will pay in full all bills and accounts for materials and labor used in the construction of the Work. Performance Bond. The approved form of security furnished by the Contractor and his surety as a guarantee that the Contractor will complete the Work in accordance with the terms of the Contract. Bid Security. The security furnished with a Bid to guarantee that the Bidder will enter into the Contract if its Bid is accepted by the Owner. The City reserves the right to reject bid bonds that do not meet the above criteria Calendar Day. Every day shown on the calendar. Any reference to the word day or days shall mean calendar day or calendar days, respectively, unless otherwise expressly provided. All questions must be submitted no later than the date and time stated above. Any questions received after that time may not be addressed prior to the bid due date.
