Please note: The fence work will be done by another contractor. 4. The project consists of milling existing basketball court then repave, seal and stripe and add new baskets and poles. 5. The completion time frame for this project is May 1, 2024. D. TENNIS COURT SPECIFICATIONS 1. Remove and dispose of all existing net posts. 2. Mill the existing surface to a depth of six (6) inches. 3. There should be no clumps of asphalt greater than one (1) inch in milled material. 4. Successful vendor shall provide engineering and layout to ensure drainage. 5. The grade is to have a 1% - 1 1/2 % side to side slope for surface drainage. 6. Finish, grade and compact the area. 7. Install sleeve type net post footers (concrete footers are 18" on top belled to 30" at bottom) to proper depth and orientation. The footers are to be circular in shape not square so no corners exist. 8. Install center strap anchor to proper depth and orientation set in 12" x 12" x 12" concrete footer (Midwest Sport Item #CPA anchor for center strap) or equivalent). 9. Pave Area with 2", compacted thickness of bituminous concrete, base concrete machine laid and rolled. Midwest sports Item # 1234473 Galvanized steel net post ground sleeve for 3-inch round net post or equivalent. 10. Overlay the area with a 1 1/2 inch (compacted thickness) of Type D Bituminous Concrete (hot mix) machine laid and rolled. a. This layer is to be laid perpendicular to the base layer. 11. Patch any minor birdbaths with court Patch Binder. 12. The Broom area shall be free of loose debris and aggregate. 13. Colorcoat with two (2) coats of black Acrylic Resurfacer; # 4200-55 and two (2) coats of Fortified Plexipave; Item # 5510-30 in the color Florida Green.
