WORK SCOPE - Work covered under this contract includes curb removal and replacement, HMA pavement cold milling, HMA pavement application, pavement markings, signs and hardware installation, and all other related work. All storm inlets shall have silt bags placed within each structure. All iron within each of the locations paving limits shall remain and shall be protected throughout the duration of the project. parking lots resurfacing project and related work consisting of the following approximate quantities: 1 Curb & Gutter, Rem 160 LFT 2 Curb & Gutter, Conc, C4 160 LFT 3 Cold Milling, 2" 15,629 SYD 4 HMA, Mix 36A 1,805 TON 5 Pavement Markings 1 LSUM 6 Precast Conc. Curb Stop 19 EA 7 Handicap Stall Signs 1 LSUM 8 Parking Area Signs 1 LSUM All bidders are required to sign a certification that they will comply with all Federal and State nondiscrimination laws and regulations. The successful bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory performance bond as well as labor and material bond. A certified check or bidder's bond in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the proposal will be required with each proposal. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive irregularities in proposals and to accept the proposal, which in the opinion of the City Council is most advantageous to the City.
