The action involves the overhaul of the Catskill Transfer Station's residential drop-off area, including: construction of a new residential drop-off structure, relocating roll-offs into the new structure, and constructing associated infrastructure. Site improvements to include clearing and grubbing, storm water management modifications, asphalt/concrete pavements, earthwork (primarily fill), and incidental restoration.
