Renovation of a municipal facility in Cleburne, Texas. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
As of 5/9/2024, this project has been canceled for good. Fire Line Relocation for Johnson County Marti Building For additional information contact Lance Anderson, Johnson County Deputy Purchasing Agent at (817) 556-6384. We are requesting proposals to relocate the Marti Building fire line so that it connects to the 8" water line along Marti Dr. Currently, the fire line runs east toward Pipeline Rd, under a neighboring building. The existing line should be cut, capped, and the old PIV removed. Scope of Work: o Provide survey, fire plan and permit. o Remove and replace existing 8" concrete paving, trench plates, and asphalt. Reference Photos attached. o Cut and plug existing water line. o Provide and install connection to existing 8" waterline, Reference Plans attached. o Provide and install approximately 200 ft of 6" DR-14 PVC (hot tap required). o Provide and install 6" PIV assembly and valve box. o Conduct water testing and ensure trench safety. o Provide haul away dumpster or dispose of spoils offsite. ALL questions must be submitted thru Bonfire by: January 23, 2024 Intent to Bid by Jan 30, 2024 10:00 AM CST.
