Renovation of an educational facility in Honolulu, Hawaii. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 23,509-square-foot, two-story above grade educational facility.
The project shall in general consist of, but is not limited to, selective demolition, cast-in-place concrete, metal framed partitions, doors and hardware, acoustical ceiling tiles, painting, flooring, mechanical, electrical, and miscellaneous related work, as shown on the Plans and Technical Specifications. Question Deadline 02/06/2024 The deadline to submit requests for clarification of the requirements of this IFB, All clarification requests shall be submitted via HePS QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS section, and all responses shall be issued in an addendum. Substitution Requests Requests for substitutions regarding the IFB and its requirements, must be submitted to the Technical Representative of the Procurement Officer (TRPO), Brent Yoshitake via E-mail at byoshita@hawaii.edu no later than February 6, 2024.
