Site work and paving for a civil project in Benton, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Parks Road Contract Contractor to aompfete the following work: install -approx. 478 SY of French mattress,, approx 240 LF of 6" u-drain, approx. 1002 CY of base repairs, install approx. 72 SF of batik. wM approx 10 ton of R-6, approx. 80 ton R< and approx &U lb of seeding. All work and material must meet current Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Specifications Form 408 and its Supplements. Proposals must be upon th(R) forms furnished by the Municipality.. The Municipality reserves th(R) right to reject any or all proposah. The Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act 442 Applies to project. Contractor to install French mattress at the above location. All excavated material shall be hauled to contractor provided waste site. Subgrade to be compacted prior to geotextile being placed. Care to be taken to avoid tearing geotextile. R-4 Rock will be used in between geotextile layers at depth indicated. Included in this item of work: excavation of existing road, geotextile, and R-4 rock (approx. 220 tons).
