Seal Coat Contract : Accepting bids for the following: approx. 5,512 SY of E-1 Prime, approx. 171,518 of Asphalt Seal Coat Single Application W/CRS-2PM, approx. 33,508 SY of Asphalt Seal Coat Double Application W/CRS-2PM, and approx. 63,343 SY of Asphalt fog seal. Oil Contract: Accepting bids for the following: Approx. 73,500 Gal of CRS-2; approx. 88,700 Gal of CRS-2PM; approx. 13,400 Gal of E-1 prime, and approx. 30,850 Gal of EDP. Performance bond and payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract as well as proof of workers compensation insurance will be required from the lowest responsible bidder for each contract or as directed. Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the contracts is required of all bidders or as directed. All work and material must meet current Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Specifications Form 408 and its Supplements. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Central Tri County Council of Government. The COG reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
