Saline County in partnership with the City of Salina, Kansas, invites qualified and experienced planning and development firms to submit proposals for the initial planning, design, and development of a Governmental Campus in the area around the City/County Building. This project's purpose is to create a cohesive and efficient campus that meets our community's needs and enhances civic experience. Additionally, this project should identify the potential uses/reuses of public buildings and surrounding properties for the evolution (phasing) of the Downtown Governmental Campus.
