Answers to questions will be posted in Oracle on or before JANUARY 31, 2024 no later than 5:00PM. A bid bond issued by a surety company licensed to do business in the State of Tennessee, certified/cashiers' check on a solvent bank, irrevocable letter of credit, or certificate of deposit, in the amount of N/A % of the total bid price, must accompany the bid. Said instrument shall remain in effect for the successful vendor(s) until (and will be returned only after) the contract has been fully executed and secured. Bid bonds submitted by unsuccessful vendors will be returned upon award of the contract.
