The University of Tennessee Health Science Center is seeking a vendor to service all of the Refrigeration and Air Conditioning equipment on the campus here in Memphis. The goal is to have a full-service maintenance contract for our walk-in freezers, coolers and constant temperature boxes, a full-service maintenance agreement on the Liebert AC units, and to obtain fixed labor rates for Refrigeration and AC maintenance. The University intends to award this solicitation to 1 respondent, unless the University deems it to be in its best interest to award fewer, or more, respondents. The University retains sole discretion over this decision Deadline for Questions February 5th, 2024
