Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Johnson Creek, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
GOSDECK CROSSING PROJECT In general, Work consists of the following: Bridge spanning 100' over Johnson Creek, consisting of 12' wide concrete lanes, with 3' concrete shoulders, curb & gutter, 6' wide concrete sidewalks abutting the curb, with parapet walls and railings providing fall safety. Roughly 1,100' of new roadway, connecting Gosdeck Lane to Aztalan Street. Typical asphaltic roadway section consisting of (2) 12' wide lanes, with 4' asphaltic shoulders, curb and gutter, and 5' wide concrete sidewalk on both sides of the roadway section. In addition to the roadway improvements, the area north of the existing WWTF will be excavated (roughly 7,000 CY) to provide the necessary flood storage mitigation, to allow these improvements while not increasing base flood elevations along Johnson Creek. Miscellaneous utility improvements, removals, restoration, signing, and correlated appurtenances.
