MUNICIPAL ROAD IMPROVEMENT PROJECT - HOWARD DRIVE, KEVIN LANE, MOWER DRIVE AND NORTH BAY AVENUE FOR THE TOWNSHIP OF STAFFORD GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT: The project consisting of approximately 6,200 SY of HMA Milling, 3 inches or less, 890 tons of HMA Surface Course 9.5M64, 2 1/2 inch thick, reset manhole castings, water and gas valves, edge restoration and cleanup. BID SUBMISSION PROCEDURES: Bid must be on the bid form prepared by Owen, Little & Associates, Inc., in the manner designated therein and required by the specifications. Bid must be enclosed in a sealed envelope plainly marked on the outside with the name of the project and the name and address of the Bidder. BID SECURITY: Bid security is required in the amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Bid, but not in excess of twenty thousand dollars ($20,000.00) as set forth in N.J.S.A. 40A:11-21. Certificate from a Surety Company is required indicating consent to be bound as surety and guarantor for performance required under the Contract Documents.
