IN ORDER FOR YOUR BID TO BE CONSIDERED A LEGAL BONAFIDE BIDDER ON THE PROJECT, DOCUMENTS MUST BE PURCHASED FROM REMINGTON, VERNICK ENGINEERS DIRECTLY**** GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT: In general, the work on this project includes the installation of a water main extension in Stafford Township to consolidate the Township's two water systems, PWSID No. 1530004 and PWSID No. 1530005. The Project shall include the installation of horizontally directionally drilled HDPE water main, ductile iron water main, fire hydrants, services, and all else as required to install the water main for the Stafford Township Water & Sewer Department, Stafford Township, Ocean County, New Jersey. The contractor shall be responsible for demobilizing from the site, including removal of all materials and equipment from all locations, between May 15th and September 15th throughout each year of the project. BID SECURITY: Bid security is required in the amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Bid, but not in excess of twenty thousand dollars ($20,000.00) as set forth in N.J.S.A. 40A:11-21. Certificate from a Surety Company is required indicating consent to be bound as surety and guarantor for performance required under the Contract Documents.
