Site work and paving for a civil project in Saint-Basile-le-Grand, Quebec. Design plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.
Construction of a cycle-pedestrian bridge to connect the two parts of the City separated by Sit-Wilfrid-Laurier Boulevard (Road 116) and the Canadian National Railway Company railway. The scope of work includes the construction of the bridge, development of rises and approaches, burying of electrical wires and other services. TIMELINE: The civil engineering professional consultant awarded by the owner for the preparation of a preliminary and final pre-project studies, concept plans and project performance specification has submitted its final report that is under study at the owner. Project is temporary on hold pending required approvals, funding and the owner's decision to proceed. Timelines of further project development are not finalized. Further update in early 2026.
