The tender documents are available on the website of the Electronic Tendering System and can be obtained according to the tariff in effect. To be valid, the tender must be presented on the tender documents provided by the City and must be accompanied by appendix IV Declaration of the tenderer of the contract management regulations duly completed and signed. No submission received after the deadline will be accepted. The deadline to file a complaint is March 21, 2022 and the deadline to respond is March 25, 2022. The City does not undertake to accept the lowest bid or any of the bids received and assumes no obligation of any kind whatsoever towards the bidder(s).
