Reference number : 1577641 Review Title : MAINTENANCE, PRUNING, FELLING AND STUDDING OF TREES IN THE PUBLIC DOMAIN Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-03-14 Submission sent electronically accepted: No Tenders are requested for public tree maintenance services for a period of two (2) years with two (2) one-year renewal options on the territory of the City of Saint-Basile-le-Grand. The tender documents are available on the website of the Electronic Tendering System and can be obtained according to the tariff in effect. To be valid, the tender must be presented on the tender documents provided by the City and must be accompanied by appendix IV Declaration of the tenderer of the contract management regulations duly completed and signed. The bid must also be accompanied by a bid guarantee issued by an insurance company for an amount equal to 10% of the total value of the bid (including options), taxes included, payable to the City of Saint-Basile -great. This guarantee must be valid for a period of 90 days from the date of opening of tenders. In addition, the tender must be accompanied by a letter of undertaking relating to the issuance of a performance bond and a bond for the contractor's obligations for wages, materials and services, issued by an insurer holding the right to carry on insurance activities in Quebec and registered in the register of insurers of the Autorit des march s financiers (AMF), each for an amount equivalent to 10% of the total value of the bid (including options), taxes included, in favor of the City of Saint-Basile-le-Grand. No submission received after the deadline will be accepted. The deadline to file a complaint is March 14, 2022 and the deadline to respond is March 18, 2022. The City does not undertake to accept the lowest bid or any of the bids received and assumes no obligation of any kind whatsoever towards the bidder(s).
