Reference number : 1566029 Submission sent electronically accepted: Non Draining and dehydration of sludge from purification ponds The intermunicipal wastewater treatment board of Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville and Saint-Basile-le-Grand (hereinafter " the Board") wishes to obtain the services of a company for emptying and dewatering sludge purification ponds numbers 2a, 4a and 4b of the municipal wastewater treatment plant located at 333, chemin du Richelieu in Saint-Basile-le-Grand. This work includes the pumping and dewatering of an approximate quantity of three hundred and fifty (350) dry metric tons (dmt) of sludge. Dewatering should be done by the passive method using geotextile bags (filter bags). Any person wishing to submit a bid must familiarize himself with the Regulation respecting contract management, the delegation of powers to certain public servants and the rules of budget control and monitoring (in the Appendix), and comply with them at all times, failing which his bid may be rejected or the contract awarded terminated by operation of law by the Régie if non-compliance is discovered after the award of the contract. The Régie reserves the right to remove from the contract certain parts of the work, materials, equipment or services required under this call for tenders, without the tenderer being able to withdraw his tender or raise the prices submitted. The Régie does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received. It declines any responsibility with regard to one or the other of the tenderers in the event of rejection of all the tenders. The contract is awarded by decision of the municipal council, at its sole discretion, and the Régie cannot be bound in any way other than by a resolution of its council.
