Question Deadline 02/07/2024 at 4:00PM ET Questions are submitted online Yes, All questions are to be submitted in writing via email to: Tim McDavitt, Purchasing/Finance tmcdavitt@northkingstownri.gov . Each proposal must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a Certified Check or Bid Bond payable to the Town of North Kingstown, in the amount of FIVE PERCENT (5%) of the total amount bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish the Town with a performance Bond and Labor and Material Payment Bond*, each in the amount of 100% of the contract price . *The Town of North Kingstown reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or parts thereof; to waive any formality in same, or accept any proposal deemed to be in the best interest of the Town.
