Last Day to Submit Questions:February 5, 2024, 4:00pm This project would expand the existing in-ground grease interceptor to make it large enough to serve two kitchen uses. The project would remove the existing in-ground hydromechanical grease interceptor, expand the space as needed and install a new, larger grease interceptor equivalent to the Schier GB-250 100GPM model. Vendor would be responsible for all demolition of concrete, removal, disposal, installation, including plumbing hook up, and initial testing, repair and reasonable matching of concrete and installation of any necessary access hardware. The original grease inceptor installed with the construction of the building is only sized to handle the water flow from one restaurant, the retail space is designed for two and thus the grease interceptor needs to be up sized. The contract expected to be awarded in connection with this solicitation is subject to the state prevailing wage rates under ORS 279C.800 to 279C.875 and/or the federal prevailing wage rates under the Davis-Bacon Act (40 U.S.C. 3141 et seq.). No Bid will be received or considered by the City unless the Bid contains a statement by the Bidder that "Bidder agrees to be bound by and will comply with the provisions of ORS 279C.838, ORS 279C.840 or 40 U.S.C. 3141 to 3148."
