The RM will be doing significant gravel exploration for a few different future projects. We are looking for proposals to conduct such. The RM of Blucher No. 343 is planning to conduct gravel and geotechnical exploration during 2024. As part of this project, we need to assess the potential impact of the expansion of the High Pressure Trans Gas line that runs through the Municipality's property. In addition, the RM is looking to establish the ideal area on which to construct a new shop as well as decommissioning and re-establishment of the currently operation transfer station. The scope of the first stage of this project will include the following: 1. Gravel exploration by drilling test holes to a depth of 100 feet, if possible, on the RM of Blucher's own land located at NE 24-36-3 W3. Drilling is to take place south of the Trans Gas pipeline over the entirety of the land, specifically as close as possible to the Trans Gas pipeline to estimate the volume of gravel that may be located under the Trans Gas pipeline. 2. The firm shall suggest the number of test holes to be drilled to accurately gauge gravel resources and advising on where the ideal location of the shop and transfer station should be located. The location shall consider strata types, potential gravel resources and any other considerations deemed important, such as servicing etc. Competition Type: Request for Proposal Agreement Type: NWPTA
