Crush a minimum of 85,000 cubic yards by volume of aggregate to the following specifications. Said crushing to be completed by June 30, 2025. Pit is located on the NE 24-36-03 W3 (the most easterly pit) Lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted. 85,000 cubic yards by volume of gravel shall be composed of fragments of clean, tough, durable rock, free from injurious quantities of soft or flaky particles, loam, organic or other deleterious material. the crushing operations are completed by June 30, 2025. the pit is left in a manner satisfactory to council. Should tenders be very similar in price, Council reserves the right to accept the contractor with whom the RM has established a positive relationship with.
