The objective is to understand vendors geographical presence and their ability to service our offices efficiently. Vendors should either have an established presence or be able to coordinate service delivery within FCC locations and surrounding areas or communities Daily (Weekdays - Statutory Holidays Excluded) A. All Areas I. Empty All Garbage Cans and Replace Bags When Used or Soiled. Garbage to Be Picked Up and Discarded Into the Bulk Garbage Disposal Units I. Vacuum and Spot Clean All Carpets, Floor Mats and Rugs Clean and Disinfect All Light Switch Plates, Window Sills, Ledges and Door Touchpoints Including Handles and Knobs Iv. Review / Check Communications Log, if Applicable B. Offices/workstations I. Damp Wipe All Desktops Ii. Clean and Disinfect All Tabletops and Chair Arms. Ii. Dust All Cleared File Cabinets, Shelves and Tables C. Vestibule / Waiting Area 1. Clean and Disinfect Reception Desk Ledge Ii. Damp Mop Floors Clean and Disinfect All Tabletops and Chair Arms Iv. Vacuum All Floor Mats at All Entrances / Exits D. Staff Room 1. Damp Mop Floor Ii. Clean and Disinfect All Fridge and Water Cooler Exteriors, Including All Handles and High Touch Areas Clean and Disinfect Exterior of All Microwaves Including Push Bars, Touchpads, and All High Touch Areas Iv. Clean and Disinfect All Countertops, Tabletops, Chair Arms, Kitchen Cabinet Handles, Sinks, Taps and Light Switches V. Clean and Disinfect Garbage Can Lids and Paper Towel Dispenser Handles and Push Bars Vi. Replace/replenish All Consumables as Required Vii. Empty Single Stream Recycling (Including Clean Plastics and All Acceptable Recycling Materials) in Staff Room and Take to Bulk Single Stream Recycling Bins. Note: Do Not Remove Recycling From Individual Recycle Bins at Offices and Workstations. E. Washrooms 1. Clean and Disinfect All Countertops, Paper Towel Dispensers, Toilet Paper Dispensers, Sanitary Napkin Dispensers, Shelves, Storage Cabinet Handles and Garbage Can Lids Ii. Clean and Disinfect Faucets, Sinks, Taps, Soap Dispensers, Flush Handles, Toilets, Touchpoints on All Stalls and Light Switches Clear Any Blockage From Sink Drains and Toilets - if Unable to Fix, Report to Facilities Manager Iv. Damp Mop All Floors V. Clean and Polish All Mirrors Vi.
