Weld County is seeking bids for a turn-key lump sum project to furnish and install backup generator systems for the Alternative Programs at 1390 N 17th Ave. in Greeley, Colorado. Please provide proposed schedule dates with the expectation of contract execution being March 25, 2024. Construction Finish August 30, 2024 Bid Award Notice March 11, 2024 No bid bond is required for this project. Bids over $50,000 will require a payment (100%) and performance (100%) bond. Performance and payment bonds must be submitted using an AIA-A312 bond form. Other bond forms will not be accepted Weld County reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informality in the bids, to award the bid to multiple vendors, and to accept the bid that, in the opinion of the Board of County Commissioners, is to the best interests of Weld County. The bid(s) may be awarded to more than one vendor.
