Site work and paving for a residential development in Lowell, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a residential development; and for paving for a residential development.
Work includes, but is not limited to, the removal of misc. vegetation, removal of pavements, saw cutting, patching and pavement edges. All bids must be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid price. All bids submitted in response to this Invitation for Bids will be evaluated and awarded in accordance with the provisions established under M.G.L. c. 30, 39M. Vendors will be required to abide by the guidelines established under this statute. This contract is subject to Federal Davis Bacon Wages and OSHA Certifications. The LHA reserves the right to amend or cancel this IFB, accept or reject any and all bids and waive minor informalities. Notice to proceed is anticipated for March 11, 2024 All contract work and finish work shall be complete and site cleared on or before July 26, 2024 Agency Name and Address : Lowell, City of Housing Authority 350 Moody Street Lowell, MA 01854 The goal for minority participation is 4.0%, trade by trade, of the workforce.
