LeLacheur Park Upgrades General/sub Bids Must Be Accompanied by a Bid Deposit That is Not Less Than Five (5%) of the Greatest Possible Bid Amount (Considering All Alternates), and Made Payable to the University of Massachusetts - Lowell. Project estimate is $105,000.00. The scope of the Work, without limiting the generality thereof, shall consist of kk: Disconnect power, demolish and remove existing chairlift systems, including all metal framing, gates, etc.; Existing pit concrete walls and floors shall be thoroughly cleaned of all debris, mildew, etc. and pressure washed; provide two complete new Exterior Chairlift systems, including 42 high painted steel upper enclosures with doors, ramps, wiring and controls. This project scope includes Electrical Work. The Estimated Cost is $105,000.00 Requests for clarification or additional information are to be submitted through the Q&A Board within the specified project on the UMass Supplier portal by February 5, 2024 @ 5PM
